Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

The Vireon Acceptable Use Policy establishes reasonable standards for using the Vireon website, member accounts, digital features, activities and other services made available through the platform.

The purpose of these standards is to help maintain a safe, reliable and respectful environment for users and the platform.

2. General User Responsibilities

When using Vireon, you are expected to:

• Provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Use the platform for legitimate purposes.
• Follow Vireon's Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
• Respect other users and platform personnel.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Vireon to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unlawful or harmful activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using another person's identity or credentials without authorization.
• Creating accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
• Manipulating platform systems, activities, rewards or records.
• Using automated tools or scripts to abuse platform functionality where prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass security, authentication or access controls.
• Introducing malware, malicious code or harmful software.
• Interfering with the availability or operation of the platform.
• Using Vireon for unlawful financial, fraudulent or deceptive activity.

4. Fraud and Manipulation

Vireon may take action against accounts associated with suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity.

This may include attempts to artificially generate activity, manipulate rewards, submit false information, exploit technical vulnerabilities or interfere with platform processes.

Where appropriate, suspicious activity may be reviewed before account-related decisions are made.

5. Multiple or Misleading Accounts

Users should not create or operate accounts for the purpose of bypassing platform restrictions, manipulating activities, abusing promotions or obtaining an unfair advantage.

Where multiple accounts are permitted for a specific legitimate purpose, users should follow the instructions provided by Vireon.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your Vireon account.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your password with other people.
• Do not disclose OTPs, PINs or authentication codes.
• Avoid entering account information into suspicious websites.
• Report suspected unauthorized access as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Platform Security

Users must not attempt to compromise, disable, circumvent or interfere with security controls protecting Vireon systems.

This includes unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks, malicious scanning, denial-of-service activity and attempts to access restricted systems.

8. Content and Communication

Where Vireon provides communication, community or content-related features, users must not submit or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive or designed to harm another person.

Users should also avoid impersonating Vireon, its employees, representatives, partners or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

Vireon content, branding, logos, designs, software and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

Nothing in this policy grants a user ownership of Vireon's intellectual property.

10. Third-Party Services

Vireon may provide links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, payment providers or other external platforms.

Users should review the applicable third-party terms and policies before using those services.

11. Earning Activities

Where Vireon provides earning-related activities, users must participate honestly and according to the instructions applicable to the specific activity.

Users must not manipulate submissions, fabricate activity, falsify completion or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards through dishonest means.

Participation in an activity does not guarantee a specific level of income or financial return.

12. Referral Activities

Where referral features are available, users must promote Vireon truthfully and responsibly.

Users must not use deceptive advertisements, fake websites, misleading claims, impersonation or unauthorized branding to represent Vireon.

Users should never guarantee another person's earnings or financial outcome.

13. Fake Websites and Impersonation

Users must not create or operate websites, social-media accounts or communication channels designed to falsely represent themselves as the official Vireon platform.

If you encounter a website or person claiming to represent Vireon and you believe it may be fraudulent, please report it through the official Vireon support channel.

14. Enforcement

If Vireon determines, or reasonably suspects, that an account or activity violates this policy, applicable Terms of Service or applicable law, appropriate action may be taken.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include warnings, restriction of features, suspension, termination or investigation of the relevant activity.

Where appropriate, users may be asked to provide additional information to resolve an account or activity issue.

15. Reporting Abuse

If you believe that someone is abusing the Vireon platform, impersonating Vireon or engaging in fraudulent activity involving the platform, please contact official support.

Reports should contain enough information to help identify and understand the suspected issue.

16. Changes to This Policy

Vireon may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to reflect changes in its services, technology, security requirements, operational practices or applicable requirements.
