1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vireon website, dashboard, digital services, activities and related features.

By registering for an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other applicable rules or notices published by Vireon.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating a Vireon account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vireon is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

• You must provide truthful registration information.
• You must maintain the accuracy of your account information.
• You must not create accounts using false identities.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Vireon features, you may be required to create an account using information such as your name, username, email address and phone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration belongs to you and is accurate.

Vireon may request additional information where reasonably necessary for account verification, security or compliance.

4. Account Access & Activation

Vireon currently provides its full platform access through an activation process.

The current Vireon access payment displayed on the registration page is ₦14,500.

Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

5. Digital Activities & Opportunities

Vireon may provide access to different digital activities, tasks, tools and opportunities.

Examples may include surveys, digital tasks, CallCash opportunities, Snap Pro activities, Converse, Vireon IQ, rewards and other platform features.

The availability, quantity, requirements, eligibility and reward associated with any activity may change.

Vireon does not guarantee that every activity will be available to every user at all times.

6. Earnings & Rewards

Any reward, earning amount, activity limit or displayed opportunity is subject to the applicable rules and availability of the platform.

Displayed rewards should not be interpreted as a promise that a user will earn a specific amount within a particular period.

Users are responsible for completing activities according to the applicable instructions and requirements.

7. Withdrawals & Payments

Where withdrawal functionality is available, users may be required to provide accurate payment or banking information.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification, processing times, applicable platform rules and eligibility requirements.

• Incorrect banking information may result in unsuccessful processing.
• Users must not submit another person's financial information without proper authorization.
• Vireon may review transactions for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Processing times may vary.

8. Loan Features

Where Vireon provides access to loan-related features, such features may involve eligibility assessment, third-party providers or separate application terms.

Access to a loan application or loan section does not constitute a guarantee that a loan will be approved.

Any actual loan agreement, repayment obligation, interest, fees and eligibility requirements will be governed by the applicable lender or financial service provider.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Vireon platform.

• Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• Provide false registration information.
• Attempt to manipulate rewards, activities or platform balances.
• Use automated scripts, bots or other unauthorized automation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Impersonate Vireon, its representatives or another user.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You should never share your password, authentication credentials or sensitive account information with another person.

If you believe that your account has been compromised, contact Vireon support as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Vireon branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, software, interfaces and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Vireon materials without appropriate authorization.

12. Privacy

Vireon may collect and process information necessary to operate accounts, provide services, improve the platform, communicate with users and maintain security.

Personal information should be handled in accordance with Vireon's applicable Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension & Termination

Vireon may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security violations, unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Vireon provides its platform and features subject to availability and applicable limitations.

Vireon does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every platform feature, activity, opportunity, payment service or third-party integration.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vireon shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, network failures, unauthorized access caused by user negligence or inaccurate information supplied by a user.

15. Changes to These Terms

Vireon may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, legal requirements or security practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
